All our miniatures are printed on demand at our workshop in Alicante, Spain. Production time is 3 to 5 business days from order confirmation, before shipping.
Estimated delivery times (after production)
- Mainland Spain: 2-4 business days
- Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: 5-10 business days (customs may apply in the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla)
- European Union: 5-10 business days
- United States and rest of the world: 7-15 business days
Shipping costs
Calculated automatically at checkout based on destination and order weight, and always shown before payment.
Tracking
Every order ships with a tracking number, emailed to you as soon as your parcel leaves the workshop.
Customs and import duties
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties or taxes, payable by the buyer.

If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, reach us through the contact page and we will make it right: we reprint the piece or refund your money.
