Refund policy

You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.

Conditions

To be eligible for a return, miniatures must be unassembled, unpainted and unprimed, in the same condition you received them and in their original packaging. You will also need your proof of purchase.

How to start a return

Email us at admin@drakholm.com and we will walk you through the steps. Returns are shipped to:

Items sent back without requesting a return first cannot be accepted.

Damaged or defective pieces

Please inspect your order on arrival. If a piece arrives damaged or with a print defect, send us a photo at admin@drakholm.com and we will make it right at no cost: we reprint the piece or refund your money — your choice.

Exceptions

Custom orders (made-to-measure prints or customer-specified configurations) can only be returned if defective.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will confirm by email and issue the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may need a few extra days to process it.

Exchanges

The fastest way is to return the piece you don't want and place a new order for the one you do.

EU right of withdrawal

This 30-day policy extends the 14-day right of withdrawal provided under European Union law.
